Neighborhood Details Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods, Inc., serves to represent ten smaller neighborhoods that make up the greater Capitol Hill area. CHUN’s borders are:
- 22nd Avenue to the North
- 1st Avenue to the South
- Colorado Boulevard to the East
- Broadway to the West
Members of the CHUN Board of Delegates represent each neighborhood. This map represents the zones of greater Capitol Hill that CHUN has designated as neighborhoods for representation. Neighborhood Delegates are residents elected at Neighborhood Assemblies held every November for the neighborhoods designated on the map. Your Neighborhood Delegates are your liaison to the CHUN Board or Delegates and the CHUN Zoning Committee.
When needed CHUN Neighborhood Delegates host neighborhood assemblies to allow residents the opportunity to vote on liquor license applications or other community developments and then report the results of that vote to the CHUN Board of Delegates.
